With my qualifications in social work, psychological science, functional diagnostic nutrition, holistic lifestyle coaching, and natural therapies, I’ve spent the past 15 years working in the health and wellness space, including fitness and functional medicine. Recently, I’ve focused my attention on fertility, helping women (and men) overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles to conceive. As a ‘women’s health crusader,’ I bring a refreshingly honest and straightforward approach to my work, combined with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
